摘要
目的:基于中医传承计算平台(V3.0),分析雷枭教授治疗乳痈的用药规律,并结合其临床经验进行探讨,为中医内治法治疗乳痈提供借鉴。方法:统计2022年3月—2023年3月在雷枭教授处就诊,并且符合纳入标准的乳痈患者的中药处方,采用EXCEL构建数据库,使用中医传承计算平台这一软件,将搜集到的中药处方从单味药物的频次、性、味、归经、功效、关联规则及核心组合入手进行数据挖掘分析。结果:共搜集122首处方,包含药物135种,高频药物为皂角刺、蒲公英、甘草、黄芪、当归、浙贝母等,多以补虚类及化痰止咳类药物为主,药性多温多平,药味多甘、苦、辛,归经多属肺、肝、胃、脾经。根据高频药物的关联规律分析,得到药物配伍规律,黄芪-当归、皂角刺-当归、皂角刺-黄芪等。结论:雷枭教授治疗乳痈,消、托、补三法灵活使用,攻补兼施,贯穿治疗始终;并遵循疏肝清热、通乳散结主要原则,以消肿溃脓、补气养血为主要治法,辅以理气化痰、解毒散结,对中医临床用药有一定借鉴意义。
Objective:Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V3.0),the medication rule of Professor Lei Xiao in the treatment of breast carbuncle was analyzed and discussed in combination with his clinical experience,so as to provide reference for the internal treatment of breast carbuncle in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Statistics of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of patients with breast carbuncle who met the inclusion criteria at Professor Lei Xiao's office from March 2022 to March 2023.The database was constructed by EXCEL,and the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform was used to analyze the collected traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions from the frequency,nature,taste,menstruation,efficacy,association rules and core combination of single drugs.Results:A total of 122 prescriptions were collected,including 135 kinds of drugs,including Gleditsia sinensis,dandelion,licorice,astragalus,angelica,Fritillaria thunbergii,etc,mainly tonifying deficiency and resolving phlegm and relieving cough,with warm and flat properties and taste of sweet,bitter and pungent.The meridians belong to the lung,liver,stomach and spleen meridians.According to the analysis of the correlation law of high-frequency drugs,the compatibility law of Radix Astragali-Angelica sinensis,Radix Astragali-Angelica sinensis,Radix Astragali-Radix Astragali and so on.Conclusion:Professor Lei Xiao treats mammary abscess,eliminating,supporting and tonifying three methods flexibly,attacking and tonifying,throughout the treatment,and following the main principles of soothing the liver and clearing heat,dredging breast and dispersing knots,taking reducing swelling and pus,tonifying qi and nourishing blood as the main treatment,supplemented by regulating qi and resolving phlegm,detoxification and dispersing knots,it has certain reference significance for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine.
