摘要
目的分析一次性肛周脓肿根治术、分期治疗对肛周脓肿患者排便功能以及生活质量的影响。方法选择2023年1月—2024年6月本院收治的78例肛周脓肿患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(一次性肛周脓肿根治术)和对照组(分期治疗),每组39例。对比两组患者在治疗后进行排便功能改善有效率,并对术后创面分泌物评分、疼痛评分、肛门最大收缩压、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白及降钙素原水平、生活质量的综合评估。结果研究组的排便功能改善有效率明显高于对照组(94.87%vs.79.49%)(P<0.05);研究组术后3 d的创面分泌物评分和术后7 d的疼痛评分低,术后7 d的肛门最大收缩压更高(P<0.05);研究组术后3 d的白细胞计数与C反应蛋白及降钙素原更低(P<0.05);研究组的术后生活质量更高(P<0.05)。结论一次性肛周脓肿根治术利于改善肛周脓肿患者的排便功能,减少患者的痛苦,提升患者的生活质量,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the effects of one-time radical perianal abscess resection and staged treatment on the defecation function and quality of life of perianal abscess.Methods A total of 78 patients with perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected,and they were randomly divided into study group(one-time perianal abscess radical resection)and control group(staged treatment),with 39 cases in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of improvement of defecation function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(94.87%vs.79.49%)(P<0.05),the wound secretion score and pain score in the study group were lower on the 3rd day after surgery,and the maximum anal systolic blood pressure was higher on the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05),the white blood cell count and C-reactive protein and procalcitonin were lower in the study group on the 3rd day after surgery(P<0.05),and the postoperative quality of life in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion One-time radical perianal abscess resection is beneficial to improve the defecation function and quality of life of patients with perianal abscess.
