摘要
高职院校师德师风建设在促进院校和谐发展、提高教师教学魅力及增强市场竞争力等方面具有重要作用,但目前仍存在师德师风建设体系未完善、考核指标未量化等问题。本文提出了加强师德师风教育、完善师德师风考核体系、强化党建引领等对策,以期推动高职院校师德师风建设高质量发展。
The construction of teacher ethics in higher vocational colleges is of great significance in promoting the harmonious development of colleges,improving teachers’teaching charm and enhancing market competitiveness.However,there are still some problems,such as the imperfect construction system of teacher ethics,and the unquantified assessment indicators.This paper puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening the education of teacher ethics,improving the assessment system,and strengthening the leadership of Party building,in order to promote the high-quality development of teacher ethics in higher vocational colleges.
