基于知识链的“团队式+模块化”研究生课程教学模式探索

摘要 针对现有研究生教学中存在的选课缺乏系统性,未充分考虑前后续课程间关系而造成学习困难、学习效果差等问题,该文以“知识链条梳理—课程有机融合—教师团队授课”为研究思路,对研究生教学模式开展系统研究。首先,从“知识链条”进行顶层设计,重点考虑前后续课程间内在关系,梳理形成面向不同专业的若干知识链条;进而以知识链条的演进为依据,合理指导课程在内容、时间等方面的布局,形成考虑不同课程进阶关系和不同专业特性的课程模块;最后,在搭建的课程模块框架下,组建相关课程老师的教师团队,按照模块中相关内容和授课时间,有序编排教学任务,从而达到课程内容更加符合知识演进规律、前后续课程间有机融合、教师间协同配合的新教学模式,不断提高研究生的培养质量。最后通过实际案例验证该模式的有效性。 Aiming to the problems of lack of systematic course selection,difficulty in learning and poor learning outcomes caused by insufficient consideration of the relationships between prerequisite and subsequent courses in existing graduate education,this study conducts a systematic study on the teaching model for graduate students with the research thought process of"knowledge chain sorting-course organic integration-teacher team teaching".First,the study conducts top-level design based on the"knowledge chain",focusing on the intrinsic relationships between prerequisite and subsequent courses,and sorts out several knowledge chains for different majors.Then,the study guides the layout of courses in terms of content and time based on the evolution of knowledge chains,forming course modules that consider the progression of different courses and the specialties of different majors.Finally,with the framework of the course modules in place,the study assembles a teacher team for relevant courses and arranges teaching tasks in an orderly manner according to the relevant content and teaching time,thus achieving a new teaching model that better aligns course content with the laws of knowledge progression,integrates prerequisite and subsequent courses organically,and coordinates the efforts of teachers.This model continuously improves the quality of graduate education.Finally,a practical case study verifies the effectiveness of the model.
