摘要
警务硕士专业学位研究生教育是公安高等教育的重要组成部分,担负着为公安机关输送高层次、应用型专门人才的重要任务,是形成和提升新质公安战斗力、推动公安工作高质量发展的重要人才保障和智力支撑。近年来,随着警务硕士专业学位研究生在学人数不断增多,这一群体面临的压力问题也日益凸显。通过对某公安院校在学警务硕士专业学位研究生进行半结构化深度访谈,运用扎根理论编码方法对访谈材料进行分析处理,构建了警务硕士专业学位研究生压力来源的理论模型,在此基础上进一步分析压力对警务硕士专业学位研究生造成的影响,剖析压力的来源,并从个人、院校和单位三个维度提出有针对性的对策,以期为公安院校优化培养方案、提高人才培养质量提供建议。
The postgraduate education for Master of Policing is an important part of higher education in public security,which shoulders the crucial task of providing high-level and application-oriented specialists for public security authorities.It is an important talent guarantee and intellectual support for the formation and improvement of new quality public security combat power and the promotion of high-quality development of public security work.In recent years,with the increasing number of graduate students majoring in Master of Policing,the stress issues faced by this group have become increasingly prominent.By conducting semi-structured in-depth interviews with graduate students majoring in Master of Policing in a public security institution,and using the grounded theory coding method to analyze and process the interview materials,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the sources of pressure in graduate students majoring in Master of Policing,analyzes the impact of stress on them,and explores the influencing factors of stress.Based on this,targeted countermeasures are proposed from three dimensions:individuals,universities,and organizations,hoping to provide suggestions for public security institutions to optimize their training programs and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
