摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,研究生思想政治教育工作的重要性日益凸显,如何提升其发展质量、创新育人机制成为关键。剖析现阶段研究生思政教育存在的多重发展困境,可从以下四个维度构建思想政治教育协同育人机制:加强育人队伍建设,构建多主体协同育人机制;发挥思政课和专业课的德育功能,构建课程同向同行协同机制;拓宽思政教育渠道,构建多渠道协同育人机制;实现育人信息资源对接共享,构建思政资源协同机制。
With the rapid development of China’s higher education,the importance of ideological and political education for graduate students has become increasingly prominent,and innovative education mechanism is the basis and key task to improve its development quality.By analyzing the multiple development challenges of graduate ideological and political education at the current stage,this paper constructs the collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education from the following four dimensions:strengthen the construction of the education team and build a multi-subject collaborative education mechanism;give play to the moral education function of ideological and political classes and professional courses,and build a coordination mechanism for courses with peers;broaden the channels of ideological and political education and build a multichannel collaborative education mechanism;realize the docking and sharing of information resources for educating people,and build a coordination mechanism for ideological and political resources.
