企业新质生产力的就业效应研究

Employment Effects of Enterprise New Quality Productive Forces

摘要就业是民生之本,也是关系社会和谐稳定乃至经济增长的重要话题。文章基于2009—2023年沪深A股上市公司的数据,实证检验企业新质生产力对就业的影响。结果发现,企业新质生产力发展是促进就业水平提升的重要手段。机制检验表明,竞争力优化以及效益提升是企业新质生产力促进就业规模扩大的核心驱动力,该促进效果在高科技企业与国有企业,以及具有人才引进政策支持、户籍门槛低的组别中更加显著。此外,企业新质生产力还能起到改善就业结构、增加就业稳定的作用。上述结论为评估企业新质生产力的发展成果提供了经验证据,也为稳定就业、保障民生提供了新的思路。 Employment serves as the foundation of people's livelihoods and constitutes a crucial issue concerning social harmony,stability,and even economic growth.Based on data from A-share listed companies on Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2009 to 2023,this essay empirically examines the impact of enterprise new quality productive forces on employment.The findings reveal that the development of new quality productive forces in enterprises is a significant means of boosting employment levels.Mechanism tests indicate that competitiveness optimization and efficiency enhancement are the core drivers through which new quality productive forces expand employment scales,with more pronounced effects observed in high-tech enterprises,state-owned enterprises,and groups benefiting from talent attraction policies or low household registration barriers.Furthermore,enterprise new quality productive forces also contribute to improving employment structures and enhancing employment stability.These conclusions provide empirical evidence for evaluating the developmental outcomes of enterprise new quality productive forces and offer new insights for stabilizing employment and safeguarding livelihoods.
