摘要
社会工作作为一种应用型专业,回应时代需求、预防和解决社会问题是其专业使命。小组工作是社会工作专业服务的三大核心方法之一,其课程教学中存在重理论轻实务、情景模拟成效不足、教学方法传统、考核评价体系单一等问题。因此,本研究提出基于OBE理念的“小组工作”课程改革思路,包括设定课程目标、重构与优化教材内容、创新教学方法、构建多元评价体系等方面,形成“学习-实践-反思-深化-学习”的良性闭环,提升社会工作专业人才培养质量。
As an applied profession,social work responds to the demands of the times and addresses social issues through prevention and resolution.However,in the teaching of the"Group Work"course,there are problems such as an overemphasis on theory at the expense of practical application,insufficient effectiveness of scenario simulation,traditional teaching methods,and a single evaluation system.Therefore,this study proposes a reform approach for the"Group Work"course based on the OBE concept,covering aspects such as setting course objectives,reconstructing and optimizing teaching materials,innovating teaching methods,and establishing an evaluation system.Ultimately,it aims to form a closed loop of"learning-practice-reflection-deepening-learning"to enhance the quality of social work professional talent cultivation.
