数智化赋能产教融合探索日语职业人才培育新路径——以山东外事职业大学应用日语专业为例

摘要 本文以山东外事职业大学应用日语专业为例,从人才培养方案设计、双师队伍建设、数字化转型、校内实训基地搭建、评价体系创新等多个维度展开系统分析,探讨数智化赋能下的职业教育创新路径,以推动校企协同发展,实现产教融合的良性循环,培育高素质日语人才。 This article takes the Applied Japanese major at Shandong Foreign Affairs Vocational University as an example,and conducts a systematic analysis from multiple dimensions such as talent training program design,dual teacher team construction,digital transformation,on campus training base construction,and evaluation system innovation.It explores the innovative path of vocational education under the empowerment of digitalization,in order to promote the coordinated development of schools and enterprises,achieve a virtuous cycle of industry education integration,and cultivate high-quality Japanese talents.
