摘要
我国实施制造强国的战略性文件《中国制造2025》明确提出,为了支撑新兴产业转型升级,需要完善人才培养体系,培养复合型技术技能人才。文章根据笔者的德国研修经历,梳理德国职业教育的核心架构,并结合中国职业教育现状和《中国制造2025》的战略要点,对广东农工商职业技术学院物联网应用技术专业进行的“现代学徒制”试点工作进行分析和总结,以期为相关政策制定和同行研究提供参考。
The strategic document“Made in China 2025”of manufacturing power of China’s implementation clearly proposes that in order to support the transformation and upgrading of emerging industries,it is necessary to improve the talent training system and cultivate talents with compound technical skills.On the basis of the academic experience of Germany,combing the core of German vocational education structure,and combined with the current situation of vocational education in China and strategic points of“Made in China 2025”,this paper analyzes and summarizes the pilot work of“modern apprenticeship system”conducted by the major of Internet of Things Application Technology in Guangdong AIB Polytechnic,in order to provide reference for relevant policy formulation and peer research.
