摘要
随着电池产业的快速发展,相关领域技术、材料、应用迭代升级,一些高校的人才培养理念和培养模式与产业脱节,不能满足产业变革升级与可持续发展的需求。为缩小高校人才培养质量与产业发展需求的差距,在分析未来电池产业人才需求的基础上,提出运用“科产教”融合理论,使教学与企业、科研紧密联系,与时俱进优化教学内容,培养基础理论知识扎实、具备创新能力和实践能力的高素质应用型人才,对高校推进教育链与产业链融合、共育人才具有一定的指导意义。
With the rapid development of the battery industry and the upgrading of technologies,materials and applications in related fields,the talent cultivation concepts and models in most universities are disconnected from the industry,and cannot be meet the talent requirements and sustainable development of battery industry.In order to narrow the gap between the quality of college talent training and the needs of industrial development,based on the analysis of the future demand for talents in the battery industry,this paper proposes to apply the integration theory of"integration of research industry and education"to closely connect teaching with enterprises and scientific research,optimize the teaching content with the times,and cultivate high-quality applied talents with solid basic theoretical knowledge,innovative ability and practical ability.It has certain guiding significance for colleges and universities to promote the integration of education chain and industrial chain and co-educate talents.
