摘要
推进交叉融合类法学课程建设是培养复合型法治人才、从事新兴交叉领域法律实务、构建中国自主法学知识体系的时代要求。通过对上海13所高校法学专业培养方案的研究分析,发现当前交叉融合类法学课程具有设置类型多元、课程数量因校而异、课程设置动因多样等特征。当前交叉融合类法学课程建设在人才培养目标与课程建设协调、法学知识与其他知识融合、实践教学与人才培养需求衔接、课程建设与课程保障支持等方面存在难点,应当通过优化课程体系设置、强化学科专业依托、拓展实践教学维度、完善课程支持体系等促进复合型法治人才培养。
Promoting the construction of cross-integrated law curriculum is requirement of the times for cultivating inter-disciplinary rule of law talents,engaging in emerging cross-disciplines fields of legal practice,and constructing China's independent legal knowledge system.Through the research and analysis of the training programs of law majors of 13 colleges and universities in Shanghai,it is found that the current cross-integrated law curriculum is diversified,the number of courses varies from school to school,and the motives for curriculum design are various.Currently,the construction of cross-integrated law curriculum is faced with difficulties in the coordination of talent cultivation objectives and curriculum construction,the integration of legal knowledge and other knowledge,the convergence of practical teaching and talent cultivation needs,and the support of curriculum construction and course guarantee,etc.It is suggested to promote the effect of cultivation of inter-disciplinary rule of law talents by optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the reliance on disciplines and specialties,expanding the dimension of practical teaching,and perfecting the course support system.
