摘要
【目的/意义】数字时代,政府数据作为新的生产要素,在社会经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。梳理政府数据开放领域的相关研究,探析其热点演进趋势,解析政府数据开放领域的热点问题和演进路径,为后续研究政府数据开放提供理论分析框架。【方法/过程】本文以热点演进为视角,利用CNKI数据库,运用CiteSpace软件对我国政府数据开放研究领域的关键词进行可视化分析,梳理2004年-2024年我国政府数据开放领域的研究热点及其演进趋势。【结果/结论】基于政府数据开放的理论逻辑与实践框架,建构了我国政府数据开放理论框架,廓析了政府数据开放的内涵、机制、路径及渠道的内在逻辑关系。【创新/局限】本文从政府数据开放的热点演进趋势进行了分析,但缺少与国外相关研究的比较分析,未来期望增加其研究结论的全面性。
【Purpose/significance】In the digital era,government data,as a new factor of production,plays an increasingly important role in social and economic development.This paper sorts out relevant researches in the field of government data opening,analyzes its hot evolution trend,analyzes hot issues and evolution paths in the field of government data opening,and provides a theoretical analysis framework for subsequent studies on government data opening.【Method/process】From the perspective of hotspot evolution,this paper uses CNKI database and CiteSpace software to make a visual analysis of keywords in the research field of government data opening in China,and sorts out the research hotspots and evolution trends in the field of government data opening in China from 2004 to 2024.【Result/conclusion】Based on the theoretical logic and practical framework of government data opening,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of government data opening in China,and analyzes the internal logical relationship of the connotation,mechanism,path and channel of government data opening.【Innovation/limitation】This paper analyzes the evolution trend of the hot topics of government data opening,but lacks comparative analysis with relevant foreign studies.It is expected to increase the comprehensiveness of its research conclusions in the future.
