摘要
基于期望确认模型、技术接受模型和用户体验,建立高校数字图书馆网站持续使用意愿概念模型,并采用结构方程模型方法对模型进行验证。结果表明:美感体验、资源体验、功能体验、技术体验、感知易用性、感知有用性均显著正向影响用户满意度;期望确认显著正向影响用户满意度、感知易用性和感知有用性;感知易用性、感知有用性、用户满意度均显著正向影响用户持续使用意愿,据此提出提升高校数字图书馆网站用户持续使用意愿的启示。
This paper constructs a conceptual model of academic library website’s continuance use intention based on expectation confirmation model,technology acceptance model and user experience,and structural equation modelling is used to validate the model.The results indicate that aesthetic experience,resource experience,function experience,technology experience,perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness have significant and positive impact on user satisfaction.Expectation and confirmation have significant and positive impact on user satisfaction,perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness.Perceived ease-of-use,perceived usefulness and user satisfaction have significant and positive impact on continuance use intention.On basis of results,some enlightenment are put forward for promoting continuance use intention of university library website.
