摘要
在大力推进数字技术建设以及全球对外经济局势不稳定的背景下,构建对外经济高质量发展综合评价指标体系,采用2013—2022年我国30个省市的省级面板数据,借助熵权法和固定效应回归模型,实证检验数字技术赋能中国对外经济高质量发展的传导机制和影响效果。研究发现:数字技术对中国对外经济高质量发展有显著正向影响。经过稳健性检验、使用工具变量检验内生性等操作之后,结论依旧保持成立。此外,推进产业结构高级化与提升技术创新水平,是数字技术赋能中国对外经济高质量发展的两条传导机制。
Against the backdrop of vigorously promoting the construction of digital technology and the unstable global foreign economic situation,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the high-quality development of foreign economy is constructed.Using the provincial panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in China from 2013 to 2022,and with the help of the entropy weight method and the fixed effect regression model,an empirical test is conducted on the transmission mechanism and impact effect of digital technology empowering the high-quality development of China's foreign economy.The research findings show that digital technology has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of China's foreign economy.After performing robustness tests and using instrumental variables to test endogeneity,the conclusion still holds.In addition,promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure and enhancing the level of technological innovation are two transmission mechanisms through which digital technology empowers the high-quality development of China's foreign economy.
