摘要
科技创新是新质生产力发展的内生动力,是中国式现代化的重要引擎。本文以成渝西部科学城为例,分析科技创新对新质生产力形成和发展的赋能作用,对加快形成新质生产力、推动经济高质量发展具有重要意义。成渝西部科学城是成渝综合性科学中心的核心承载区,更是建设全国科技创新中心的主要载体。随着成渝西部科学城协同建设快速推进,在人才集聚、研发投入、成果转化和数据要素等方面集聚资源优势,成渝地区双城经济圈科技创新中心作用凸显,推动新质生产力形成与发展。基于此,应加快新型信息基础设施建设、加快形成创新人才集聚高地、加快培育国家级综合性科学中心。
Scientific and technological innovation is a endogenous driving force for the development of new productive forces and an important part of Chinese path to modernization.Taking Chengdu-Chongqing Western Science City as an example,this paper analyzes the enabling effect of scientific and technological innovation on the formation and development of new quality productivity.This is of great significance for accelerating the formation of new quality productivity and promoting high-quality economic development.Chengdu-Chongqing Western Science City is the core bearing area of Chengdu-Chongqing Comprehensive Science Center,and it is also the main carrier of building a national science and technology innovation center.With the rapid advancement of the collaborative construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Western Science City,the advantages of agglomeration resources in terms of talent aggregation,R&D investment,achievement transformation and data elements are becoming more and more obvious.At the same time,the role of science and technology innovation center in Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle is prominent,which helps to promote the formation and development of new quality productivity.Based on this,we should accelerate the construction of new information infrastructure,accelerate the formation of innovative talents gathering highlands,and accelerate the cultivation of national comprehensive scientific centers..
