摘要
数字物流、经济发展韧性与生态环境治理作为一个耦合协调的开放性系统,是推动各省高质量发展的关键路径。文章基于我国30个省份的面板数据,从韧性经济、数字物流、生态环境治理三个视角下构建指标框架,设计经济韧性高质量发展水平测度指标体系和三元系统耦合模型,运用熵权Topsis法进行指标处理,测算了数字物流、韧性经济与生态环境治理的耦合协调度,并利用Moran's I指数和空间自相关数据,分析三元系统的耦合协调度时空演化格局以及灰色关联模型分析其内在驱动因素。
Digital logistics,economic development resilience and ecological environmental governance as a coupled and coordinated open system is the key path to promote the high-quality development of provinces.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China,the article constructs the indicator framework from the three perspectives of resilient economy,digital logistics and ecological environmental governance,designs the indicator system for measuring the level of high-quality development of economic resilience and the ternary system coupling model,applies the Entropy Weight Topsis for the indicator processing,measures the coupling and coordination degree of digital logistics,resilient economy and ecological environmental governance,and analyses the ternary system coupling and coordination degree by using Moran's I index and spatial autocorrelation data to analyse the coupling coordination degree of the ternary system,as well as the grey correlation model to analyse its intrinsic driving factors.
