摘要
绿色物流作为一个系统工程,强调对物流活动的全过程进行管理和控制,涵盖了从原材料采购、产品生产、包装、运输、仓储、配送,到废弃物回收处理的整个供应链过程。中国发展绿色物流在仓储、运输、包装、科技等多个环节取得了卓越成效,但物流企业在绿色仓储水平、绿色运输能力、回收物流等方面还存在不足。要在运输环节,优化运输,加大新能源物流车辆的应用;在仓储环节,建设绿色仓储设施,优化仓储布局和作业流程;在包装环节:推广绿色包装材料,优化包装设计和回收;在信息管理环节,建立绿色物流信息平台,加强数据分析与应用;在供应链协同环节,加强与供应商和客户的合作推动绿色物流;在员工培训与意识提升环节,开展绿色物流培训,培养员工绿色意识。
Green logistics,as a systematic project,emphasizes the management and control of the entire process of logistics activities,covering the entire chain process from raw material procurement,product production,packaging,transportation,warehousing,distribution,to waste recovery and treatment.China has made remarkable achievements in developing logistics in various links such as warehousing,transportation,packaging,and technology,but there are still shortcomings in green warehousing level,green transportation capacity,and reverse.In the transportation link,it is necessary to optimize transportation and increase the application of new energy logistics vehicles;in the warehousing link,it is necessary to build warehousing facilities and optimize the layout and operation process of warehousing;in the packaging link:promote green packaging materials,optimize packaging design and recycling;in the information link,establish a green logistics information platform,and strengthen data analysis and application;in the supply chain collaboration link,strengthen cooperation with suppliers and customers to promote green logistics in the staff training and awareness improvement link,carry out green logistics training and cultivate staff's green awareness.
