摘要
探究我国突发公共卫生事件应急管理的热点和研究趋势,对未来相关领域研究的拓展提供参考。构建LDA模型对近20年的相关领域文献进行分析,对结果进行主题识别和热度分析,并利用回归分析预测不同主题的研究趋势。文章识别出三个阶段的主题分布和研究趋势。萌芽期(2003—2009年)主要关注卫生应急管理“一案三制”、中小学防控和医院管理等;探索期(2010—2018年)以中小学防控为核心,同时重视危机管理和医院管理等;发展期(2019—2023年)以网络舆情和新冠肺炎2022年12月26日,国家卫生健康委员会发布公告,将新型冠状病毒肺炎更名为新型冠状病毒感染。为主要话题,应急共同体和数字应急等新概念也颇受关注。在研究趋势方面,应急共同体、数字应急和心理健康是新兴热点,有较大的研究空间和价值;卫生应急、网络舆情、“一案三制”和学校防控(尤其是高校防控)是经典的热门主题,仍值得持续关注;新冠防控的热度会随时间推移逐渐冷却;政府管理、社区管理和医院管理等单一主体的治理行为,会逐渐融入应急共同体中的多元协作中。
To explore the hot topics and research trends in emergency management of public health emergencies in China,and provide reference for future research expansion in related fields.Construct an LDA model to analyze relevant literature in the past 20 years,identify topics and conduct heat analysis on the results,and use regression analysis to predict research trends in different topics.The article identifies the distribution of themes and research trends in three stages.During the embryonic period(2003-2009),the main focus was on the three systems of health emergency management,primary and secondary school prevention and control,and hospital management;The exploration period(2010-2018)focuses on primary and secondary school prevention and control,while also emphasizing crisis management and hospital management.In the development period(2019-2023),the main topics are online public opinion and COVID-19,and new concepts such as emergency community and digital emergency have also received considerable attention.In terms of research trends,emergency communities,digital emergencies,and mental health are emerging hotspots with significant research space and value;Health emergencies,online public opinion,one case,three systems,and school prevention and control(especially in universities)are classic hot topics that still deserve continuous attention;The fever of COVID-19 will gradually cool over time;The governance behavior of a single entity,such as government management,community management,and hospital management,will gradually integrate into the diverse collaboration in the emergency community.
