车辆工程专业应用型人才培养的研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 汽车行业的发展水平代表着国家的经济实力和科技创新水平。随着社会的进步和科技的日新月异,社会对职业的需求发生巨大变化。车辆工程专业作为先进制造技术领域的优势集成与领先应用,其应用型人才的培养必然涉及交叉融合的多学科知识与专业技术。在新工科背景下,如何进行本科专业建设,才能培养出符合社会需要的应用型人才,这是当前迫切需要深入研究的课题。文章立足于陕西理工大学,针对车辆工程专业应用型人才培养的几个关键性问题,以培养具有创新意识的应用型人才为目标,以社会发展需求为导向,构建能够融入区域经济和适应竞争性行业发展的人才培养体系,这将有助于培养高校学生基本的职业素养、专业能力以及引领未来的创新能力,实现中华民族伟大复兴的最终目标。 The development level of the automobile industry represents the national economic strength and scientific and technological innovation level.With the progress of society and the rapid development of science and technology,the demand for jobs in society has changed dramatically.As the advantage integration and leading applications in the field of advanced manufacturing technology,the training of applied talents in vehicle engineering must involve multi-disciplinary knowledge and professional technology.Under the background of new engineering,how to carry out the construction of undergraduate majors for cultivation of applied talents with goal orientation that meet the needs of society,this is an urgent need for in-depth research at present.Based on Shaanxi University of Technology,this paper is aiming at several key problems in the training of applied talents for vehicle engineering major,and aiming at cultivating applied talents with innovative consciousness and taking the needs of social development as the guidance,to build an talent training system that can integrate into the regional economy and so as to adapt to the development of competitive industries.This will help cultivate basic professional quality,professional ability and innovation capability to lead the future of college student,and realize the ultimate goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
