摘要
立足创新驱动背景,在梳理分析以往文献基础上,以Z学院为例,深入剖析高校创新创业人才培养现状及存在的机制障碍,探索如何构建协同机制加强高校创新创业人才培养,并提出从体制机制、资金环境、人力物力等三个维度八个层面建立起协同机制的运行保障。
Based on the background of innovation driven development,this article takes Z College as an example to analyze the current situation and existing obstacles in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities.It explores how to build a collaborative mechanism to strengthen the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities,and proposes to establish a collaborative mechanism from three dimensions and eight levels,including institutional mechanism,financial environment,and human and material resources,to ensure the operation of the collaborative mechanism.
