摘要
为解决老年人使用旅游软件困难的问题,通过适老化智慧设计帮助老年人更好地融入信息化时代。对187名老年旅游爱好者进行调研,分层抽样其中50位年龄在60至65岁之间的老年人。基于归纳后调研结果,通过扎根理论,构建理论模型,提炼出老年用户使用旅游软件困难的影响因素。通过可测变量和潜变量总结出适老化智慧旅游手机应用程序(APP)的五个设计维度,包括界面设计、功能层级设计、记忆力模块设计、交互方式设计和旅游社交模块设计。这些设计要素不仅满足老年人的生理和心理因素变化需求,还为老年人提供更加舒适、便捷、安全的旅游体验,也为后续适老化智慧旅游手机应用程序(APP)的改进提供参考。
To address the difficulties elderly individuals face in using travel software,this study utilizes agefriendly smart design to help seniors better integrate into the information age.A survey of 187 elderly travel enthusiasts was conducted,with a stratified sample of 50 individuals aged between 60 and 65.Based on the survey results,grounded theory was employed to construct a theoretical model and identify factors influencing elderly users'difficulties with travel software.Five design dimensions for age-friendly smart tourism mobile applications were summarized from measurable and latent variables:interface design,functional hierarchy design,memory module design,interaction method design,and tourism social module design.These design elements cater to the physiological and psychological changes of the elderly,providing a more comfortable,convenient,and safe travel experience.They also serve as a reference for the improvement of future age-friendly smart tourismmobile applications.
