摘要
目的在智慧养老新背景下,为了解决老年人使用智能手机操作困难等问题,进行老年人手机导识APP设计。方法通过对46名具有一定智能手机使用经历的老年用户进行半结构化访谈,引入质性研究方法扎根理论对原始访谈资料进行分析和归纳,提炼出老年用户使用智能手机困难的主要影响因素,引入结构方程模型,通过对模型进行合理性与科学性的验证分析,得出老年人使用手机困难的影响因素模型的各个维度及其对应影响因素的权重大小,以此为依据归纳整理得到老年人手机导识APP重点设计要素从而进行设计定位,基于Android开发模式,通过Java、XML、MySQL等技术进行老年人手机导识APP的设计与开发。结论最后通过Android Studio打包成能在手机移动端运行的APP进行系统测试。测试结果表明,手机导识APP能高效引导老年人完成所需操作。
The work aims to design a mobile phone guidance APP for the elderly in order to solve the problem of the elderly having difficulty in using smart phone under the new background of smart elderly care.Through the semi-structured interviews on 46 elderly users having a certain experience in using smart phone,the qualitative research method,grounded theory,was introduced to analyze and summarize the original interview data,extract the main factors causing difficulty of elderly users in using smart phone,and import the structural equation model.Through the verification and analysis of the rationality and scientificity of the model,the various dimensions of the influencing factor model for the elderly having difficulty in using mobile phone and the weight of the corresponding influencing factors were obtained.Based on this,the key design elements of the mobile phone guidance APP for the elderly were summarized and sorted out to orient the design.Based on Android development mode,the mobile phone guidance APP for the elderly was designed and developed by Java,XML,MySQL and other technologies.Finally,Android Studio is used to package the APP that can run on the mobile terminal of the mobile phone for system test.The test results show that the mobile phone guidance APP can effectively guide the elderly to complete the required operations.
