摘要
从服务主体、空间支持和服务设施3个视角,深入分析了不同居住模式下老年社区环境的适老性研究,并从全龄居民的多样化需求和适老优先的角度,探析了全龄友好社区环境的适老化建设,进而从物质、社会、空间、主体4个维度构建了乡村社区环境适老化建设的理论框架,明确了乡村社区物质环境、社会环境、空间资源和主体行为之间的互动关系,以及各个要素的建设路径和策略,为乡村社区环境的适老化建设提供理论和技术支撑。
Based on the perspective of service subject,space support and service facility,this paper first analyzes the elderly-oriented environment construction of the elderly community under different residential models and explores the elderly-oriented environment in the all-age community in light of the diverse demands of both the elderly people and all the other residents.Then it develops a theoretical framework of the elderly-oriented rural community environment from the dimensions of material,society,space and subject.By examining the interactive relationship among the physical environment,social environment,space resources and subject behavior of the rural community,as well as each factor for the construction approaches and modes,this paper provides theoretical and technical support for building the environment of an elderly-oriented rural community.
