摘要
采用问卷调查、文献调查和网络调查相结合的方法,对“互联网+”环境下我国全民阅读生态系统的现状展开调查与分析。当前我国全民阅读生态系统稳步发展,但与发达国家相比,在全民阅读环境与基础设施、公共阅读资源、阅读推广、全民阅读氛围等方面仍然存在短板。基于此,提出全民阅读生态系统发展路径:政府机构主导,统筹推进全民阅读工作;汇聚社会力量,全力打造全民阅读空间;多方协同合作,共建共享全民阅读资源;注重数字阅读,创新阅读推广服务模式;构建长效机制,专业化推进阅读推广工作;组建区域联盟,提升阅读推广服务效能。
By using the methods of questionnaire investigation,literature survey and network survey,this paper investi⁃gates and analyzes the current situation of Chinese national reading ecosystem under the“internet plus”envi⁃ronment.The current national reading ecosystem in China is steadily developing,but it compares with the de⁃veloped countries,there are still shortcomings in the areas of national reading environment and infrastruc⁃ture,public reading resources,reading promotion,and public reading mood.Based on this,the paper propos⁃es the development path of the national reading ecosystem:leading by government agencies to coordinate and promote the work of national reading;gathering social forces and making every effort to build more national reading spaces;collaborative cooperation among multiparty to jointly build and share national reading re⁃sources;emphasizing digital reading and innovating reading promotion service models;creating a long-term mechanism and professionally promoting reading promotion;establishing regional alliances to enhance the effectiveness of reading promotion services.
