摘要
人员招聘工作是保障企业人力资源的重要环节,从一定程度上来说,人员招聘与企业未来发展状况密不可分。因此,近些年来企业逐渐重视人员招聘这一工作。但是,部分企业在人员招聘过程中仍然存在各种各样的问题,如人员招聘标准不规范、面试环节仍有不足等,以上问题严重影响招聘的效率与质量,不利于企业组建高水平的人才队伍。为进一步规范现代企业的人员招聘工作,必须及时采取措施解决实际问题,提高人员招聘水平,以促进企业长远发展。
Personnel recruitment is an important link to ensure the human resources of enterprises.To a certain extent,personnel recruitment is closely related to the future development of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises have gradually attached importance to personnel recruitment in recent years.However,some enterprises in the recruitment process,there are still a variety of problems,such as personnel recruitment standards are not standardized,the interview process is still insufficient,etc.,the above problems seriously affect the efficiency and quality of recruitment,is not conducive to the establishment of high-level talent team.In order to further standardize the recruitment work of modern enterprises,it is necessary to take timely measures to solve practical problems and improve the recruitment level,in order to promote the long-term development of enterprises.
