摘要
在企业人力资源管理中,员工招聘与培训是一项重要的工作,能否招聘到符合企业需要的人才,能否根据企业的发展变化对员工开展培训,直接关系到企业人才竞争力的提升,最终影响企业的长远发展。当前我国大部分企业虽然都开始重视人力资源管理中的招聘与培训工作,也在这方面安排了专业人员,但在实践中依然面临一些问题。本文对这些问题进行了总结,并结合实际情况提出有关对策,希望促进企业人力资源管理招聘与培训工作的顺利开展,为企业的长远发展做好人才保障。
In the enterprise human resources management, staff recruitment and training are an important work,whether to recruit talents that meet the needs of the enterprise, whether to train employees according to the development and changes of the enterprise, is directly related to the promotion of the competitiveness of enterprise talents, and ultimately affects the long-term development of the enterprises. At present, although most enterprises in China have begun to attach importance to recruitment and training in human resource management, and have arranged professionals in this area, they still face some problems in practice. This paper summarizes these problems and puts forward some countermeasures in the light of the actual situation, hoping to promote the smooth development of human resources management recruitment and training in enterprises and ensure talents for the long-term development of enterprises.
