摘要
国际中文教育专业博士实践性知识的发展,是培养国际中文教育领域高层次应用型专门人才的关键。本文基于魏德曼的专业社会化发展模型,通过雪球抽样对来自21所院校的156位在读国际中文教育专业博士进行调查,运用结构方程模型,从个人特质、关系网络和组织管理三个维度,结合分层抽样访谈结果,探讨国际中文教育专业博士实践性知识发展的影响因素。研究得到三维度七要素的影响因素模型;各维度均对国际中文教育专业博士实践性知识的发展产生显著影响;影响程度由高到低依次为组织管理、关系网络、个人特质;此外,不同性别、年龄、婚育情况的博士生,受各维度因素影响的程度有差异。据此,建议明晰学科的知识体系,关注学科的文化建设;完善学院的保障机制,发挥学院的监督作用;建设交叉学科的导师团队,增强导师的指导作用;优化博士入学的考评机制,提高选拔人才的质量。
The impartment of practical knowledge to the doctoral students majoring in international Chinese education is instrumental for the cultivation of the highly professional talents in the field of international Chinese education.On the basis of the model of socialization as proposed by Weidman,an investigation is made in this paper of 156 doctoral students majoring in international Chinese education from 21 universities,by means of snowball sampling data and stratified sampling interviewing.On the basis of the model of structural equation,a discussion is made in this paper,then,of the multilevel factors that may influence the development of the impartment of practical knowledge to the doctoral students majoring in international Chinese Educational,such as personal characteristic,relationship network and organizational environment.A model of three-factor and seven-dimension structure in relation to the influential factors is obtained.The development of the impartment of practical knowledge in different levels is significantly impacted by the three factors,of which a positive arrangement is to be made from organizational environment to relationship network and to personal characteristic.In addition,the intensity of the impact of the factors further depends upon the gender,age,matrimonial status and childbirth situation of the doctoral students.Thus,for the cultivation of the professional talents,the following suggestions are made in this paper:(1)the clarification of the system of the disciplined knowledge and focus on the construction of the disciplinary culture;(2)the improvement of the guarantee mechanism and exercise of the supervisory functions in the colleges and universities;(3)the building of a team of supervisors with interdisciplinary background and enhancement of the guidance of the supervisors,and,finally;(4)the amelioration of the enrollment and the elevation of the qualities of the doctoral candidates.
