摘要
本文主要以北京师范大学国际中文教育专业2021级、2022级24名博士生为调研对象,通过量化研究和质性研究相结合的方法,对该学科专业博士学位课程设置、专业课程需求与满意度,以及博士生课堂表现、学习收获等方面进行问卷调查及访谈调研,结果显示:目前已设课程安排合理,适合学生的学习需求;课程满意度高;学生学习效果好,学习收获很大。本文针对现存问题提出如下解决建议:教学设计安排应更加高效优质,教学时间把控需更精准,课程设置应照顾到学生个性化和类别化的需求,课业要求应避免雷同,学术讲座讨论和科研活动应常态化。
Based on the high-quality platform provided by the Faculty of Education of Beijing Normal University(BNU),which houses one of the national key first-level disciplines,the School of International Chinese Language Education of BNU has enrolled 41 doctoral candidates of education(Ed.D.)majoring in International Chinese Language Education.The essay,taking 24 doctoral students of the 2021–2022 grade as objects,for the first time conducted thorough research interviews on the course curriculum of the program and how well it meets the demand of students,as well as students’self-assessment on their academic achievements and classroom performance,through a combination of qualitative and quantitative studies.The survey shows that the current curriculum is reasonable in meeting students’learning demand and that students gave considerably high self-assessment on their learning outcomes and academic gains,and a high degree of satisfaction with the courses.However,problems are also discovered in the survey,including teaching design arrangement should be more efficient and high-quality,instructional time management needs to be more precise,the curriculum should take into account individual needs,requirements of course work should avoid similarities,and academic lectures and scientific research activities should be continuous.In this regard,a series of solutions are proposed in the paper.
