摘要
经验来自实践、用于实践并在实践中得以更新和发展。教学经验有助于教师对学科内涵和教学内容的认识,有助于教师进行学术研究。教师在发展专业知识和理论的同时,决不应忽视教学经验的积累和发展。经验不是理论许多时候却堪比理论,积累经验应成为教师专业发展务实而重要的取向和职业生涯的必备功课。观察与反思、探索与尝试是获取教学经验的重要途径。经验的应用策略不在于因循守旧,而在于创新和发展。感性的教学经验与理性的教学理论相辅相成,都是对教学实践的认识。研究教师个人和群体的教学经验,有助于教学理念的提炼和教学理论的发展。经验因其实用和有效而宝贵,因其蕴含规律和科学而值得研究。汉语教师应秉持工匠精神,执着于积累属于自己的教学经验。对外汉语教学界亦应加强对教学经验的系统总结,并提炼出属于汉语汉字的教学理论和方法,为国际汉语教学提供"中国经验""中国理论"。
Experience,coming from practice and being used in practice,updates and develops in practice.Teaching experience is a great help for teachers to understand the connotation of discipline and the teaching contents,and to conduct academic research.Therefore,teachers cannot neglect the accumulation and development of teaching experience while absorbing professional knowledge and theories.Experience is different from theories,but can be equivalent to the latter on many occasions.Gaining experience should become the practical and critical orientation of the professional development and also an essential task in teachers’career.Observing and reflecting,exploring and endeavoring are significant ways to acquire teaching experience.The strategy for the application of experience lies in innovation and development,rather than old conventions.Perceptual teaching experience and rational teaching theories complementing each other can both be considered to be the understanding of practice.The study on teachers’personal and collective teaching experience helps the refinement of teaching concept and development of teaching theories.Experience is valuable for its practicality and effectiveness,and worth studying for it involves law and science.For teachers teaching Chinese as a second language,they should adhere to the spirit of craftsman and persist in accumulating their own teaching experience.For the academic circle,they should also attach importance to systematic summary of teaching experience and refine the teaching theory and methods of Chinese characters,so as to provide"Chinese experience"and"Chinese theory"for international Chinese teaching.
