数字化时代高职院校新能源汽车技术专业人才培养模式构建 被引量:6

Construction of Talent Training Model for New Energy Vehicle Technology Majors in Vocational Colleges in the Digital Era

摘要 教育数字化是建设教育强国的基础,教育必须适应新兴技术带来的变化并加速自身变革,培养社会需要的时代新人。新能源汽车产销量在近两年爆发式增长,新能源汽车技术专业复合型高素质工匠人才培养由此产生一系列问题。为提高新能源汽车行业人才培养质量,总结新能源汽车人才培养现状,分析高职院校新能源汽车人才培养的影响因素和教育数字化对人才培养的意义。文章基于数字化教育背景并结合新一代信息技术构建新能源汽车人才培养模式,增强了该专业人才培养的适应性,解决了产业发展需求和规模化教学下的个性化培养问题,为相关职业院校新能源汽车技术专业人才培养提供了参考。 Digitalization of education is the foundation for building a strong education country.Education must adapt to the changes brought about by emerging technologies and accelerate its own transformation,cultivating the new generation needed by society.The production and sales of new energy vehicles have experienced explosive growth in the past two years,which is led to a series of problems in the cultivation of high-quality and versatile craftsmen in the field of new energy vehicle technology.In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation in the new energy vehicle industry,summarize the current situation of talent cultivation in new energy vehicles,analyze the influencing factors of talent cultivation in new energy vehicles in vocational colleges and the significance of educational digitization for talent cultivation.Based on the background of digital education and combined with new generation information technology,this article constructs a new energy vehicle talent cultivation model,enhances the adaptability of talent cultivation in this profession,solves the personalized training problems under the needs of industrial development and large-scale teaching,and provides reference for the talent cultivation of new energy vehicle technology majors in relevant vocational colleges.
