摘要
在职教改革和司法行政改革的背景下,司法行政系统对技能型人才提出了更高的培养要求。技能型司法行政人才是保障大湾区法治建设的软实力,要充分把握人才培养与大湾区地域特色、人才需求背景和功能定位的关系,根据行业标准和岗位需求,动态调整人才培养目标,加强校政合作和发挥协会联盟作用,完善校外实践基地建设,创设技能取得与认证机会,突出人才技能性培养,满足行业对技能人才的需求,提高司法行政职业教育人才培养与大湾区经济发展的契合度。
Under the background of occupational education and judicial administration reform,stricter requirements have been put forward on the cultivation of skilled talents for the judicial administration system.Skilled talents in judicial administration are the soft power for ensuring the construction of the rule of law in the Greater Bay Area.It is necessary to take into consideration the relations between talent cultivation and the regional features,talent demands as well as the functional positioning of the Greater Bay Area,to dynamically adjust the goals of the talent cultivation in accordance with the industrial standards and job requirements,to strengthen the collaboration between school and government,to make full use of association alliances,to reinforce the building of the off-campus practicing bases,and to create more opportunities for skill acquisition and certification,so as to highlight the cultivation of skills,meet the needs of the industry,and enhance the integration of occupational talent cultivation for judicial administration with the economic development of the Greater Bay Area.
