摘要
在数字时代,语言产业不仅具有促进国民经济增长的经济效益,而且具有服务社会语言生活的社会效益,在社会经济发展的新旧动能转换中发挥着重要的助推作用。在技术驱动和数据驱动的不断推动下,语言产业发展呈现出宏观发展方略化、语言资源数据化、语言技术智能化、产业业态融合化、服务模式多样化、辐射范围全球化的演进特征。当前,数字经济蓬勃发展,数字技术领先,人才建设受到重视,国际合作与交流提供巨大市场,中国语言产业面临如此机遇,发展前景广阔;但也存在明显不足:语言产业领域相关标准规范欠缺,语言资源开发力度不足,高层次职业人才资源供给不足,产业规模化程度有限,产业内部业态发展不平衡。对此给出对策:加强政策引导,响应市场需求;突出数字驱动,培养行业人才;推进产业转型,深化产研结合;推动产业集约,组织分工协作;着重服务民生,扩大对外开放。
In the digital era,the language industry is a key driver of national economic growth and a significant contributor to the vibrant language life in society.It thus plays a pivotal role in transitioning socio-economic dynamics from traditional to modern frameworks.Propelled by technological and data-driven advancements,the industry is evolving,marked by strategic macro-policy development,digitization of language resources,advancements in language intelligence,industry integration,service model diversification,and a broadening global impact.Currently,in the contexts of thriving digital economy,rapidly advancing digital technologies,and a strong focus on nurturing talents,the language industry in China is encountering unprecedented opportunities for expansion through global collaboration.Nonetheless,there are serious challenges such as the lack of industry standards,underdeveloped language resources,a shortage of skilled professionals,limited industry scalability,and uneven development inside the industry.To address these issues,strategies we propose include reinforcing policy guidance to meet market needs,emphasizing digital-driven approaches to cultivate talents,enhancing industry transformation via research partnerships,promoting organized labor division for industry concentration,focusing on societal benefits,and increasing international openness.
