摘要
目的 了解中医药思维培养的研究现状及趋势。方法 计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)建库至2022年12月31日收录的中医药思维培养研究文献。采用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 纳入文献1 076篇,年发文量呈上升趋势。来源期刊以中医药和教育期刊为主;高产作者有段志光、胡一梅、冯卫生等,高产机构有河南中医药大学、天津中医药大学、北京中医药大学等;高频关键词包括中医思维、人才培养、教学改革等,聚类涉及中医基础理论、中医院校、临床思维等方面,创造性思维、课程思政、文化自信等方面研究较活跃。结论 中医药思维培养研究阶段可分为萌芽期、探索期、成长期,研究主题可分为宏观、中观、微观3个视角。本研究认为该领域存在顶层设计缺乏、研究深度不足、实证研究较少、研究力量分散问题,并提出相应对策建议。
Objective To understand the research status and trend of TCM thinking cultivation.Methods Research literature about TCM thinking cultivation was retrieved from CNKI from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to visualize and analyze authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 1076 articles were included,and the annual number of articles was on the rise,mainly in TCM and educational journals.The top high-yield authors included Duan Zhiguang,Hu Yimei,Feng Weisheng,etc.,and the top high-yield institutions included Henan University of Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.High-frequency keywords included TCM thinking,talent cultivation,teaching reform,etc.Keyword clustering involved TCM basic theories,TCM colleges and universities,clinical thinking,innovative thinking,political and ideological education,cultural confidence,etc.Conclusion The research stage of TCM thinking cultivation can be divided into the embryonic stage,exploration stage,and growth stage.The research theme can be divided into three perspectives:macro,meso,and micro.It is believed that there are problems such as a lack of top-level design,insufficient research depth,limited empirical research,and dispersed research power,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
