摘要
学校变革总会受到某种价值驱动,而不同价值取向将会直接影响学校变革的具体行动与实际成效。因而,从变革的有效性,即学校变革的预期目标与实际达成的角度出发,系统梳理当代中国学校变革的实践,发现四种具有明显价值倾向的学校变革实践样态,即问题导向、政策驱动、理论引导和综合变革。通过分析不同价值取向下学校变革的内涵与特征,归纳不同取向的学校变革发生过程,并在此基础上,审思不同价值取向下学校变革的正当性及面临的风险,以期为我国未来学校变革提供参鉴。
School change is always driven by certain values,and different value orientations will directly affect the concrete actions and actual effectiveness of school change.Therefore,from the perspective of the effectiveness of change,that is,the degree of achievement of the expected and actual goals of school change,the paper systematically sorts out the practices of school change in contemporary China,and finds four school change practice patterns with obvious value orientations,namely,problem-oriented,policy-driven,theoretical-guided and comprehensive change.In order to provide references for future school change in China,we analyzed the meaning and characteristics of school change from different value orientations,summarized the process of different orientation changes and examined the legitimacy and risks of school change with different value orientations.
