摘要实现共同富裕目标是我国进入新时代面临的一项极其重大而艰巨的历史任务。高质量发展是新时代我国发展壮大的必由之路,补齐农村发展短板是乡村振兴的首要任务,解决“三大民生”问题是实现共同富裕的基本前提,高质量发展是提升农村现代化水平的关键举措。高质量发展是实现共同富裕目标的现实基础:化解社会面临的主要矛盾是高质量发展的目标选择,完善社会主义基本经济制度是高质量发展的制度保障,人的基本权利保障和能力提升是高质量发展的必备条件。在高质量发展中实现共同富裕目标的基本路径:以经济建设为中心夯实共同富裕的物质基础,以公共服务为重点优化共同富裕的资源配置,以人的能力提升为抓手强化共同富裕的动力系统,以社会公平正义为目标完善共同富裕的法治保障。 To achieve the goal of common prosperity is an extremely important and arduous historical task for China to enter a new era.The concept of high-quality development is the only way for China to develop and grow in the new era.To make up for the shortcomings of rural development is the primary task of high-quality rural revitalization.Solving the problem of people’s livelihood is the basic premise to achieve common prosperity.High-quality development is the key measure to improve the level of rural modernization,and the realistic basis for achieving the goal of common prosperity.Resolving the main contradictions facing the society is the goal choice of high-quality development,improving the basic socialist economic system is the institutional guarantee of high-quality development,and the guarantee of basic human rights and the improvement of ability are the necessary conditions for high-quality development.The basic path to achieve the goal of common prosperity in high-quality development is to consolidate the material basis of common prosperity with economic construction as the center,optimize the resource allocation of common prosperity with public service as the focus,strengthen the power system of common prosperity with the improvement of human ability as the starting point,and improve the legal guarantee of common prosperity with social fairness and justice as the goal.
