摘要
实现共同富裕是中国共产党的使命担当和伟大梦想,更是中国人民的深切期盼。新质生产力作为推动经济发展的关键力量,为实现共同富裕提供了新的契机。新质生产力与实现共同富裕在高质量发展的宏大蓝图下相辅相成,从社会主义本质要求到满足人民对美好生活的向往再到兼顾效率与公平,最终实现生产力高质量发展与人的全面发展,呈现出紧密的契合性。在新的发展阶段,推进新质生产力赋能共同富裕的关键着力点在于与新质生产力相匹配的新服务、新技术、新主体、新要素全面参与共同富裕实践进程。为此,须逐步推进新型公共服务均等化建设,引导数智技术创新发展,建立校企科技创新人才培育体系,构建数据要素参与分配的制度体系,从而扎实推进共同富裕。
Achieving common prosperity is the mission and grand dream of the Communist Party of China,and it is also the profound aspiration of millions of people.New quality productive forces,as the key driving force for economic development,provide a new development opportunity for achieving common prosperity.The new quality productive forces and achieving common prosperity are intertwined in the grand blueprint of high-quality development,from the essential requirements of socialism to the mission of fulfilling people's aspirations for a better life to the unification of fairness and efficiency,ultimately achieving the development of productive forces and the comprehensive development of people,both of which show a close logical consistency.Under the new opportunity,the key focus of promoting the new quality productive forces to support common prosperity lies in the coordinated linkage of new services,new technologies,new subjects,and new elements,therefore gradually promoting the equalization of new public services;guiding the optimized development of digital and intelligent technologies;establishing a system for cultivating innovative talents in cooperation between schools and enterprises;and building a system for distributing data elements to promote the solid development of common prosperity.
