摘要
发展乡村特色产业,是促进农业增效益、农民增收入的重要途径。深入剖析贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产业多元价值生成机理,运用皮尔逊相关系数模型和多元线性回归模型,实证分析了其与黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区、乡村全面振兴样板区、铸牢中华民族共同体意识示范区“三区”建设的契合度。研究发现,葡萄酒产业在提升地方经济、社会、生态和文化等多维价值方面作用突出,并且与“三区”建设联系紧密,但也存在创新动能不足、协调水平不高、亟待提质增效等问题。针对上述结论,提出相应的政策启示,以期在促进葡萄酒产业发展与“三区”建设协同增益,提升产业竞争力与可持续发展能力的同时,推动区域经济、社会、生态、文化全面发展。
Developing rural characteristic industries is an important way to promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers’income.Taking the wine industry in the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain as an example,this paper deeply analyzes its mechanism of multiple value generation,and uses Pearson correlation coefficient and a multiple linear regression model to empirically analyze its compatibility with the construction of the“three zones”of ecological protection and high-quality development pilot zone in the Yellow River Basin,model zone for comprehensive rural revitalization and demonstration zone for forging the sense of community for Chinese nation.Research has found that the wine industry plays a prominent role in enhancing the multidimensional values of local economy,society,ecology,and culture,and is closely linked to the construction of the“three zones”.However,there are also problems such as insufficient innovation momentum,low coordination level,and urgent need to improve quality and efficiency.In response to the above conclusions,corresponding policy implications have been proposed to promote the coordinated growth of the wine industry and the construction of the“three zones”,enhance industry competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities,and promote comprehensive progress in regional economy,society,ecology,and culture.
