摘要
为探析飞行员的驾驶技能、飞行作风和自我效能感对安全绩效的内在作用机制,运用结构方程模型的方法和理论,构建飞行员驾驶技能、飞行作风和自我效能感对安全绩效的影响模型,确定飞行员驾驶技能、飞行作风及自我效能感共同作用对安全绩效的影响关系。研究结果表明:飞行员驾驶技能、飞行作风和自我效能感单因素作用均对安全绩效具有显著正向影响,同时驾驶技能分别在飞行作风、自我效能感和安全绩效之间存在正向中介效应,中介效应值分别为0.151(相对效应:25.34%)、0.138(相对效应值:36.60%)。研究结果可为民航管理人员选拔和考核飞行员提供有效依据。
In order to investigate the internal mechanism of pilots’driving skills,flight style and self-efficacy on the safety performance,an influence model of pilot’s driving skills,flight style and self-efficacy on safety performance was constructed by using the approach and theory of structural equation model,and the influence relationship of pilot’s driving skills,flight style and self-efficacy on safety performance was determined.The results show that the single factor effect of pilot’s driving skills,flight style and self-efficacy has significant positive influence on the safety performance.At the same time,the driving skills have the positive mediating effect on the flight style,self-efficacy and safety performance,and the mediating effect values are 0.151(relative effect:25.34%)and 0.138(relative effect:36.60%).The research results can provide an effective basis for the selection and assessment of pilots for civil aviation managers.
