摘要
为了探究智能化采煤场景下矿工心理压力、心理韧性与安全绩效的关系,假设心理压力、心理韧性直接影响矿工安全绩效;心理韧性能够调节心理压力对安全绩效的影响程度,设计采煤机智能监控系统实验,利用PyCharm软件模拟设备操作、TSST实验激发被试心理压力,使用EDA、HRV生理传感器和ErgoLAB软件监测并判断被试压力状态,通过SPSS 27.0软件进行假设关系检验。研究结果表明:矿工心理压力对安全绩效具有显著负向影响、心理韧性对安全绩效具有显著正向影响;心理韧性在心理压力与安全绩效之间起负向调节作用。研究结果可为智能化煤矿企业对矿工心理干预培训提供理论支撑,实现矿山安全生产效能协同提升。
In order to explore the relationship between miners’psychological stress,psychological resilience,and safety performance in intelligent coal mining scenarios,it was hypothesized that psychological stress and psychological resilience directly affect miners’safety performance,and that psychological resilience moderates the effect of psychological stress on safety performance.An experiment was designed with an intelligent coal-mining monitoring system.During the experiment,PyCharm software simulated equipment operations while the TSST(Trier Social Stress Test)was administered to induce psychological stress in miner participants.Miners’stress states were monitored and assessed through EDA and HRV physiological sensors combined with ErgoLAB software.Finally,hypothesis testing was conducted using SPSS 27.0.The results reveal that miners’psychological stress significantly negatively affects safety performance,while psychological resilience demonstrates a significant positive effect on safety performance.Importantly,psychological resilience plays a negative moderating role between psychological stress and safety performance.These findings provide a theoretical basis for intelligent coal mining enterprises to imple ment psychological intervention training for miners,facilitating synergistic enhancement of mine safety production efficiency.
