摘要
游戏对个体有很强的吸引力,但是运用到工作领域就不一定产生这样的效果。近几年游戏化在实践中有很大的发展,本研究关注的是零工经济下外卖平台游戏化的应用。基于SOR理论模型,对90后外卖骑手进行了实证研究,运用层次回归和process的方法。研究结果表明:工作游戏化对工作投入和自我效能感均有倒U形影响,并且自我效能感在工作游戏化与工作投入之间起到部分中介的作用,竞争导向正向调节工作游戏化对自我效能感的倒U形关系。游戏化通过重塑个体的工作体验进而对其心理和行为产生影响,尤其是现在90后逐渐成为职场主力,本研究对平台将游戏化合理的运用提供了启示。
Games have a strong attraction for individuals,but they may not have such an effect when applied to the work field.In recent years,gamification has made great progress in practice.This study focuses on the application of gamification of take-out plaform in the economy of part-time work.Based on the SOR theoretical model,this paper conducts an empirical study on the post-90s takeaway riders,using the methods of hierarchical regression and process.The results show that work gamification has an inverted U-shaped effect on work engagement and self-efficacy,and self-efficacy plays a part of intermediary role between work gamifcation and work engagement,and competition orientation positively regulates the inverse U-shaped relationship between work gamification and sel-efficacy.Gamification has an impact on the psychology and behavior of individuals by reshaping their work experience,especially now that the post-90s are gradually becoming the main force in the workplace.This study provides inspiration for the rational use of gamification on the platform.
