摘要
为探究飞行学员作风胜任力,通过文献分析法确定了飞行学员作风胜任力要素,编制了飞行学员作风胜任力认同度问卷,面向飞行学员开展调研,获取有效样本243份,通过探索性因子检验问卷效度并构建作风胜任力指标体系,通过验证性因子检验飞行学员作风胜任力指标体系的有效性,并结合专家访谈利用层次分析法以及熵权法确定权重。结果表明:飞行学员作风胜任力包括训练作风、思想作风、学习作风、生活作风4个维度及19个指标,其中日常管理和责任感是影响飞行学员作风胜任力最重要的2个因素。
In order to explore the style competency of flight cadets, the factors of style competency of flight cadets were determined through literature analysis, and the identification questionnaire of style competency of flight cadets was compiled. The investigation was conducted for flight cadets, and 243 valid samples were obtained. The validity of the questionnaire was tested by exploratory factor and the style competency index system was constructed. The effectiveness of the pilot cadets’ style competency index system was verified by confirmatory factors, and the weight was determined by AHP and entropy weight method combined with expert interview. The results show that the style competency of flight cadets includes 4 dimensions and 19 indexes,including training style, thinking style, learning style and living style, among which daily management and responsibility are the two most important factors affecting the style competency of flight cadets.
