摘要
高职院校学生是社会主义现代化建设的后备军,学生必须要有较强的理论基础和社会实践能力,才可以更好为社会发展做出贡献,承担起相应的社会责任。因此,高职院校应在提高学生综合素质的过程中,应为学生创造更多顶岗实习机会,从而提高学生综合能力。分析了高职院校学生顶岗实习工作存在的问题,阐述了高职院校学生顶岗实习工作对策。
Higher Vocational college students are the reserve forces for socialist modernization construction,and they must have a strong theoretical foundation and social practical ability in order to better contribute to social development and assume corresponding social responsibilities.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should create more post internship opportunities for students in the process of improving their comprehensive quality,in order to improve their comprehensive abilities.This paper analyzes the problems and expounds the countermeasures in the students'post internship work in higher vocational colleges.
