摘要
顶岗实习是高职学生实践教学环节的重要组成部分,是学生进入社会就业之前重要的适应期和锻炼机会。现目前高职汽车专业顶岗实习稳定性差,使得实习的效果没有保证。笔者针对学生顶岗实习状态情况进行调研后,分析了顶岗实习学生不稳定现象产生的原因,并提出合理化建议,来提升学生顶岗实习稳定性。
On-the-job practice is an important part of practical teaching for Higher Vocational students,and it is also an important adaptation period and exercise opportunity for students before they enter the social employment.At present,the stability of automobile internship in higher vocational colleges is poor,which makes the effect of internship not guaranteed.After investigating the status of internship,the author analyses the instability of internship students and its causes,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the stability of internship.
