摘要
调查数据显示高校辅导员群体中普遍存在一定程度的职业倦怠,这一现象引起了广泛的关注。文章从辅导员教师角色认同视角,采用多项Logit模型和结构方程模型实证分析了辅导员教师角色认同对职业倦怠的影响。研究结果表明,辅导员教师角色认同与职业倦怠显著相关;在职业倦怠较为严重的辅导员群体中,提高辅导员教师角色认同可以更加显著降低其职业倦怠程度。进一步研究发现,辅导员的专业能力、教学能力和学术能力通过影响辅导员教师角色认同进而对职业倦怠产生影响。各级组织应健全辅导员教师角色激励机制,通过提高辅导员的专业能力、教学能力和学术能力,提升辅导员教师角色的认同,从而有效缓解辅导员的职业倦怠。
Survey data shows that there is a prevalence of certain level of job burnout among college counselors,which has attracted widespread attention.The article empirically analyzes the impact of teacher's role identity of counselors on job burnout from the perspective of teacher's role identification by using multiple Logit models and structural equation models.The research results indicate that there is a significant correlation between the role identity of counselors and occupational burnout.Among counselors with severe occupational burnout,improving the teacher's role identity of counselors can significantly reduce their level of occupational burnout.Further research has found that the professional,teaching,and academic abilities of counselors have an impact on job burnout by influencing teacher's role identity of counselors.Organizations at all levels should establish a sound incentive mechanism for the teacher's role identity of counselors,improve their professional,teaching,and academic abilities,enhance their recognition of the teacher's role,so as to effectively alleviate their professional burnout.
