人工智能时代职业院校教师角色的发展机遇、现实偏向与优化路径 被引量:8

Opportunities for The Development of The Role of Teachers in Vocational Colleges in The Era of Artificial Intelligence,Realistic Bias and Optimization Path

摘要 人工智能时代使职业院校学生认知方式更丰富、学习技能的场域更宽泛,同时新时代也对职业院校学生培养提出了更高的要求,期望培养既具备人文关怀,又兼备数字智能和工匠精神的复合创新型技能人才。在人工智能技术的加持下,职业院校教师的角色呈现出从知识的传授者到侧重于学生思考的启迪者、从技能的训练者到侧重于问题诊断的协调者、从思维的塑造者到侧重于人类灵魂的工程师的现实转向。在人工智能时代可以通过树立正确的角色观念,倡导教师终身学习、强化教师角色认同,构建人机协同体系、加强师资交流培训,创新职教改革的路径来推动教师角色的转向和发展。 The era of artificial intelligence has made vocational college students have richer cognitive methods and a wider range of learning skills,and at the same time,the new era has also put forward higher requirements for the training of vocational college students,hoping to cultivate compound innovative skilled talents with humanistic care,digital intelligence and craftsman spirit.With the blessing of artificial intelligence technology,the role of vocational college teachers presents a realistic bias from knowledge transmitter to enlightener focusing on students'thinking,from skill trainer to coordinator focusing on problem diagnosis,from shaping thinking to focusing on engineers focusing on the human soul.In the era of artificial intelligence,the transformation and development of teachers'roles can be promoted by establishing correct role concepts,advocating lifelong learning of teachers,strengthening teachers'role identity,building a human⁃computer collaboration system,strengthening teacher exchange and training,and promoting the reform and innovation of vocational education.
