摘要
产业数字化革命加速了商业模式的迭代与升级,对具有数字化创新能力的复合型新商科人才的需求更为迫切。以数字化改革为牵引,淬炼新商科,明确数字经济时代新商科人才培养内涵,揭示高职院校商科人才培养的现实挑战,构建新商科人才“岗课赛证”数字化能力培养体系,探索实践知识复合、能力提高、思维创新、素养提升“四位一体”的新商科人才培养范式。
The industrial digital revolution has accelerated the iteration and upgrading of business models,and the demand for compound new business talents with digital innovation ability has become more urgent.Driven by digital reform,it will refine the new business discipline,clarify the connotation of cultivating new business talents in the era of digital economy,reveal the challenges of cultivating business talents in higher vocational colleges,develop the digital ability cultivation system of"post course competition and certificate"for new business talents,and explore the"four in one"system of new business talent training,which combines practical knowledge,improves ability,innovates thinking and improves quality.
