高等文科教育内部质量监测体系构建的逻辑、定位与框架

摘要 高等文科教育内部质量监测评估是现代信息技术在高等文科教育质量保障与评价领域的应用结果,是适应高等文科教育系统变化、价值转向和治理变革的产物。基于“新文科”建设的新理念与新目标,扎根文科教育模糊性与隐蔽性、过程性与体验性、长期性与发展性、民族性与价值性等特点,研判当前我国高等文科教育内部质量监测体系构建的合理定位,探讨多元协同的高等文科教育内部质量监测主体,识别系统全面的高等文科教育内部质量监测内容,探索与时俱进的高等文科教育内部质量监测方法技术,以此构建新文科建设背景下高等文科教育内部质量监测体系框架,以期为高校推进文科教育质量监测提供解决方案,为构建中国特色的文科教育质量保障体系营造多元对话氛围。 The internal quality monitoring and evaluation of higher liberal arts education is the result of the application of modern information technology in the field of quality assurance and evaluation of higher liberal arts education,and it is the product of adapting to the change of higher liberal arts education system,value turn and governance reform.Based on the new concept and new goal of“new liberal arts”construction,taking root in the characteristics of fuzziness and concealment,process and experience,long-term and development,nationality and value of liberal arts education,this paper studies the reasonable orientation of the construction of internal quality monitoring system of higher liberal arts education in China,discusses the main body of internal quality monitoring of higher liberal arts education with multiple synergies,and identifies the contents of internal quality monitoring of higher liberal arts education systematically and comprehensively.Exploring the methods and techniques of internal quality monitoring of higher liberal arts education,so as to build the framework of internal quality monitoring system of higher liberal arts education under the background of new liberal arts construction,in order to provide solutions for colleges and universities to promote quality monitoring of liberal arts education,and create a multi-dialogue atmosphere for building a quality assurance system of liberal arts education with Chinese characteristics.
