摘要
"双高计划"为高等职业教育现代化、特色化、优质化发展提供了重要机遇。面对"双高计划"提出的迫切任务以及产业结构变革下人才结构的调整需求,重构高等职业教育人才培养方案是高职院校适应新时代、新变化、新要求,提升办学水平和培养质量的重要基础与前提。高职院校要以培养目标、教学标准、实践环节、双师队伍以及评价机制等为着眼点,进行技术技能人才培养方案的重构与优化,切实提高方案在制定与实施过程中的科学性、规范性、合理性以及有效性。
The"Double-high Plan"provides an important opportunity for the modernization,specialization and quality development of higher vocational education.Facing the urgent task proposed by the"Double-high Plan"and the adjustment needs of the talent structure under the industrial structure reform,rebuilding the higher vocational education personnel training program is the important foundation and premise for the higher vocational colleges to adapt the new era,new changes and new requirements and to improve the school level and training quality.Higher vocational colleges should focus on training objectives,teaching standards,practice links,double-typed teams and evaluation mechanisms,reconstruct and optimize technical and skilled talents training programs to be more scientific,normative,reasonable and effective in the process of formulation and implementation.
