美国工程教育产教深度融合的经验与启示——以欧林工学院为例 被引量:19

The Experience and Enlightenment of the Deep Integration of Industry and Education in American Engineering Education——Taking Olin Institute of Technology as An Example

摘要 欧林工学院自建立以来,不断加强与工业产业的联系,形成了独具特色的产教深度融合人才培养体系。欧林工学院工程教育创新性发展的动力主要源于美国公众对工程教育的信任危机、工程教育科学化范式之弊病、工程组织机构的积极倡导以及社会对工程创新人才的需求等。从目标取向而言,欧林工学院产教深度融合旨在强化工程人才培养的人本理念,引领高等工程教育范式变革,提升大学社会服务能力。实践中,欧林工学院通过重构课程教学体系、协调合作伙伴关系、加大校企合作力度以及实施项目制课程模式等举措,实现产教深度融合、校企资源整合;招生遴选制度、教师评价制度、专业认证制度保障了产教深度融合人才培养体系有效运行。欧林工学院产教深度融合的实践经验对我国工程教育改革具有重要借鉴意义。 Olin College of Engineering has continuously strengthened its connection with the indus⁃try,and has formed a unique talent training system with deep industry-education integration since its establishment.The innovative development of engineering education in Olin College is mainly driven by the American public’s crisis of trust in engineering education,the shortcomings of scientific para⁃digm of engineering education,the active advocacy of engineering organizations,and the society’s de⁃mand for innovative engineering talents.In terms of goal orientation,the deep industry-education inte⁃gration in Olin College aims to strengthen the human-centered idea of engineering talent training,lead the paradigm change of higher engineering education,and enhance the university’s social service ca⁃pabilities.In practice,in order to achieve deep industry-education integration and school-enterprise resources integration,Olin College rebuilds the curriculum and teaching system,coordinates partner⁃ships,increases school-enterprise cooperation,and implements a project-based curriculum model.Al⁃so,the effective operation of the talent training system for deep industry and education integration is ensured through enrollment selection system,teacher evaluation system and professional certification system.The practical experience of the deep integration of industry and education in Olin College is of great of significance reference to the reform of engineering education in China.
